Book Sizes and Features

A5 Accident Books record up to 50 events per book.
A4 Accident Books record up to 150 events per book with 3 slips per page.
DL Accident Books record up to 50 events per book in a compact cheque book style.

Each book includes sequentially numbered slips to help track incidents clearly. Every record captures full accident or incident details, including a body map. The top copy detaches to be given to a parent or carer, while the bottom copy remains in the book for school records. Additional space is included for internal notes where required.
