Thanks to its low weight and structural integrity, PVC foam board can be mounted quickly and easily with strong adhesive, foam tape, or mechanical fixings. It’s a preferred choice for situations where fast setup and reliable durability are key. Common applications include wall-mounted displays, event signage, promotional backdrops, and shop signage.

Our Foamex boards are printed onto high-quality self-adhesive vinyl, which is then applied to the board. This method delivers vibrant, crisp graphics and ensures the SAV layer is not visible, resulting in a clean, high-end finish.

As with all foam-based products, thermal expansion can occur in hot environments or direct sunlight. When mounting in frames or enclosed areas, allow space for potential expansion (up to 5mm per linear metre) to avoid warping.

For outdoor installations, avoid fully enclosed frames without expansion tolerance.
